🎄That’s a wrap!🎄
Well, that was a year.
Hi lovely people,
As we're wrapping up 2025, I thought I'd send a quick update on what's been happening here at Alexandra Mukosi Mind & Body - the wins, the challenges, and what's coming next.
Clearly I'm still here, still learning, still pushing outside my comfort zone (even when it's terrifying).

The new 12 week programme
This year I finally did the thing I'd been thinking about for ages - I created my 12 week 1-2-1 coaching programme as a self study course, to make it as accessible as possible.
Reclaim Your Life is a 12-week programme for women who've looked up from the madness of daily life and realised they don't even recognise themselves anymore. It covers everything from honest life assessments to sleep, boundaries, self-talk, and the steps to building a life that actually feels like yours.
In 2026, I'll be launching the group programme. Same content, but with weekly calls, community support, and accountability. More on that in January.
Showing up on the socials 😱
I also made my debut on social media this year. Properly, I mean - not just posting the odd thing, but actually showing up on video.
Bloody terrifying, if I'm honest. Actually, horrifying!
Talking to a camera about anxiety, boundaries, and people-pleasing from a place of lived experience? That's exposure therapy right there!
But - the more I do it, the less awful it feels. And the messages I get from women who say they feel seen and heard, make it worth the discomfort.
So I'll keep showing up, even when I feel like a complete tool doing it!
The Treatment Room
Massage continues to dominate my treatment bookings - clearly you all love a good pummelling - and so do I…. If only I knew a good massage therapist?!
But I'm seeing more awareness around reflexology too, which is brilliant. People are starting to understand it's not just a foot rub - it's genuinely therapeutic for everything from stress to sleep to digestive issues.
If you've been thinking about trying reflexology, 2026 might be your year. Just sayin’.
It’s not been plain sailing…
Let's be honest - it's been economically challenging this year. For everyone.
People are being more careful with their money, which I completely understand. When budgets are tight, wellness treatments can feel like a luxury rather than a necessity.
But what I have noticed is the people who do prioritise their wellbeing - whether that's regular massage, reflexology, or working with a coach - tend to cope better with everything else life throws at them.
Sometimes taking care of yourself isn't a luxury. It's what keeps you functioning.
⭐️ So onwards to 2026 ⭐️
Reclaim Your Life group programme will launch in January. If you've been thinking about it, watch this space.
Back to studying - I'll be getting back to my hypnotherapy diploma. Because apparently I can't just sit still and be content with what I already know. Always learning, always growing, always slightly terrified I've bitten off more than I can chew. Hey-ho!
More blogs - I'll keep writing. It helps me process my thoughts, and hopefully it's useful for you too.
The treatment room stays open - massage, reflexology, facials. All the good stuff that keeps your body and mind functioning.
And despite the economic challenges, I'm optimistic. There's a real shift happening - more people focusing on staying fit and well rather than waiting until things fall apart. That's exactly what we need.
AND…..
I’ll be celebrating 10 years in business!!
In January, I'll be celebrating 10 years of running my business. A full decade. Bloody hell. And how it’s developed over that time.
I started moonlighting as a yoga teacher back in 2013 while still grinding away at my corporate job. Then the massage requests started coming and another diploma under my belt, and so 2015….it was time to change things up a bit!
When I finally handed in my notice and set up properly in 2016, people thought I'd lost my mind. Leaving a stable salary for teaching yoga and back rubs? Mad.
Then came reflexology and facials. Then people started booking just for my time rather than a treatment, asking for help with more than just their physical aches - they wanted help with their lives.
So I added life coaching. Because apparently I can't just do one thing.
But here we are. Ten years on, and I'm still here.
Ten years ago, I just wanted to survive as a business owner. Now I'm creating programmes, showing up on social media (badly), and genuinely excited about what I'm building.
Not bad for someone who started with a jungle epiphany, no business plan, no safety net, and a lot of anxiety about whether this would actually work.
Here's to the next decade. Whatever that brings.
And finally.
Thank You
To everyone who's booked treatments, signed up for programmes, read my blogs, or sent me encouraging messages when I've been brave enough to post on social media - thank you.
You're the reason I keep doing this work, even when it's uncomfortable.
Here's to 2026. May it bring health, clarity, and the courage to keep growing even when it's scary.
Wishing you all an abundance of health and wellness and a fantastic 2026.
With Love and gratitude
Alex
