M I N D & B O D Y
Meet Alex
There's a woman who has it all handled.
That's how it looks from the outside anyway.
She's the one who's got it sorted, the one they call because she'll always deliver,
show up, regardless.
She's dog tired. Deep into the bones. She's got used to being last on her own list,
never mind everybody else's.
And the last time she did anything just because - just for her? Well, she couldn't
tell you. She doesn't even know what that would feel like anymore.
Here is where you start.
You are what you've been looking for.
I know her well, that woman in the opening.
Because I was her.
Twenty years in the corporate world will do that to you. I was capable, reliable, the
one who delivered. I was also anxious, exhausted, and somewhere along the way
I'd completely lost the thread of who I actually was beneath all the roles I was
playing.
The burnout didn't announce itself. It crept in quietly. And when I finally stopped long enough to look up, I barely recognised myself.
That was the beginning of everything I now do.
For over a decade I've been working with women who are navigating exactly that moment. The realisation. The exhaustion. The quiet but persistent feeling that there has to be more than this.
I don't fix people. I don't have a formula. I sit alongside you in the unhurried, honest work of finding your way back to yourself.
Because I know from the inside out that you already have everything you need.

The act of presence in practice, nurturing the exploration of self your soul has been longing for.
Finally coming home.
